How long does a session last? +
Fifteen minutes. The device shuts off automatically when the cycle ends, so you can drift without watching the clock.
Will it help with migraines? +
Many users tell us the heat and pressure ease the tension that builds behind the eyes after a long day. Restera is not a medical device and is not intended to treat or cure migraine — if your migraines are frequent or severe, please speak with your doctor.
What's the 60-night promise? +
Sleep on it for sixty nights. If it doesn't help, email restera.support@gmail.com and we'll arrange your refund. Return postage is the customer's responsibility for trial returns; we cover it for faulty items under Australian Consumer Law.
When will it ship? +
We ship from the Gold Coast within 1–2 business days. Free Australian shipping on every order, no minimum.
Is the heat strong enough to burn the skin? +
No. The heating element is capped at 42°C and the typical operating temperature is 40°C — warm enough to feel, well below any thermal-injury threshold. Auto-off ends every session.
Can I use it with glasses or after laser eye surgery? +
Take glasses off first — the mask sits where they would. If you've had recent eye surgery (laser, cataract or otherwise), please wait for your surgeon's clearance before using Restera.
Is it safe for everyone? +
Restera is not suitable for anyone with recent eye surgery, glaucoma, retinal conditions, eye or facial injury, pacemakers or electronic implants, or for children under 8. If pregnant, please check with your doctor.
How long does the battery last? +
Three to five full sessions per charge. Charges fully in under two hours over USB-C.
Where is it made? +
Designed in Australia. Manufactured to spec in China. We're a small business based on the Gold Coast (ABN 76 997 939 963) and we ship from Australia.
Can I pair Bluetooth headphones too? +
The mask connects directly via Bluetooth to your phone, with quiet speakers built into the strap behind the ears. There's no need for separate headphones.
Can I cancel the auto-voice / cancel the prompts? +
Yes — long-press the power button to mute the device. It will still vibrate at startup so you know it's on.
How do I clean it? +
Wipe the inner cushion with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water. Never submerge the device and never use alcohol-based cleaners on the cushion.
