Use Restera for up to sixty nights. If it isn't right for you, send it back — we pay the return shipping and refund you in full.
How it works. Email support@getrestera.com with your order number. We email you a paid Australia Post return label. Drop the parcel off at any post office. Once we receive it, your refund processes to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Defective product. Within the first 12 months, if your Restera develops a fault not caused by misuse or accidental damage, we'll replace it free of charge.
Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If Restera isn't helping after sixty nights, we'll refund you in full. We pay the return shipping. No re-stocking fee, no awkward survey, no fine print on the back of the box.
