Products. Restera is a consumer wellness device. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We make no medical claims and you accept that individual experience varies.

Pricing. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

Orders. An order is accepted when we email you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or refund the order for any reason.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Contraindications. Do not use Restera if you have had recent eye surgery, glaucoma, retinal conditions, eye or facial injury, a pacemaker or electronic medical implants. Not for use by children under 8. If pregnant, consult your doctor.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
