Warranty

Every Restera mask is covered by our 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your mask stops working as intended within 12 months of delivery, we'll replace or refund it — your choice. Email us at restera.support@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or use outside the parameters described in the user guide.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.
